1. Eligibility
You must be a legally registered company or an authorized representative to create an account on YanTexT.
2. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Any actions taken from your account will be considered your responsibility.
3. Accuracy of Information
All submitted company and personal data must be accurate and truthful. Providing false or misleading information may result in immediate suspension.
4. Use of Platform
YanTexT may only be used for legitimate business purposes. Spamming, scraping, impersonation, or fraudulent activities are strictly prohibited.
5. Verification & Matching
Your company data may be matched confidentially with other verified users based on trade interests. Your data will not be publicly searchable.
6. Payments & Refunds
All service fees (visa, invitation, company registration, consulting, etc.) are non‑refundable once payment is processed. Cancellation or refund is not possible after payment for any service section.
7. Visa & Invitation Disclaimers
Issuance of a visa or invitation letter is governed by the rules of the issuing authority. YanTexT only facilitates the process. Granting a visa does not guarantee entry to the destination country; the final decision rests with the border officer. The accuracy of documents and information provided for visa services is solely the applicant’s responsibility. Any corrections may incur additional fees.
8. Force Majeure
YanTexT is not liable for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, governmental regulations, war, or other force‑majeure scenarios.
9. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for direct or indirect losses resulting from deals between matched companies. Use optional verification and support services at your own discretion.
10. For ProTrade+ Users
If the user does not use any platform services during the one-year validity period of the account, a one-year free renewal offer will be offered first, and if the user does not wish to renew, 100% of the amount paid for the ProTrade+ account will be refunded to the payer's account.
11. Service Modifications
We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any feature at any time with reasonable notice.
12. Governing Law
All disputes arising out of or in connection with the present platform shall be finally settled under the Rules of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce by one or more arbitrators appointed in accordance with the said Rules.
